Our client tasked us with the after build cleaning of a large construction/ renovation project in St. Andrews which presented various challenges. The cleaning team were only permitted to be on site between very particular hours and they were all required to hold a valid CSCS as the site was still under construction regulations.

Our team had a very tight schedule for completion as we had stepped in when the previous cleaning firm could not meet the deadline. We utilised some of our local service providers to assist with the high level cleaning which required the use of scissor lifts on the interior and a high reach cherry picker for the external cladding and roof areas.

The works were completed on time for the building to be handed over to the client. They were very impressed with the standard and through communication via the main contractor we now look after all facilities management issues in the building.

Our Site Services division  were also responsible for providing the Manned Guarding and Temporary Site CCTV for this project for Graham Construction.
